Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
All RugBae products are made-to-order. We do not keep stock on hand, so each order is produced specifically for you once it is placed. After order is confirmed, it is sent for manufacturing with a lead time of 1 - 3 weeks, depending on order size and production schedule. Once manufacturing is complete, your order is sent to our courier for delivery. RugBae SA is not responsible for courier delays after manufactured products are handed over to couriers. Estimated delivery within South Africa: 2-5 Business Days.

Our products are manufactured locally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
